He is the host of the This Past Weekend podcast and has a co-hosting role on The King and the Sting. He was born on March 19, 1980 in Covington, Louisiana to Gina Capitani and Roland Theodor Achilles.

Theo is of Italian and Irish descent from his mother’s side and from his father’s side he is Polish, English and Nicaraguan – a very interesting combination.

He was raised in Louisiana with his three siblings and attended Mandeville High School, Louisiana State University, Loyola University, University of Arizona, College of Charleston, Santa Monica College, and ultimately the University of New Orleans, from which he earned his undergraduate degree in 2011.

During his career he appeared in several TV shows as a contestant and later as host for the popular Yahoo online TV Recap show, Primetime in No Time, and also the TBS show Deal With It.
